Equipment introduction
The horizontal welding rotary table is a welding displacement device that enables the workpiece to rotate around the vertical axis.
The rotation speed of the worktable is infinitely adjustable.
It is mainly used for welding, surfacing or cutting of pipes and flange workpieces, or pipes and splices. It can also be used for assembly, cutting, inspection, grinding, painting and other operations.
The horizontal welding turntable can be used as a component and combined with other equipment to enhance the functionality of the original equipment.
Equipment components
The main body of the equipment includes a frame, a workbench, a slewing bearing, a transmission mechanism, and a control system.
1.Rack: The equipment rack is made of steel plates and shaped steel welded to form a box-shaped structure, which is stable and reliable and has a large load-bearing capacity. After welding, it undergoes aging treatment and is mechanically cold processed to maintain good accuracy.
2.Workbench: The workbench is made of high-quality steel plate with T-shaped slots for easy installation of workpieces.
3.Slewing bearing: This component is one of the core components of the equipment and adopts high-quality external gear slewing bearing. It has large carrying capacity and high rotation accuracy.
4.Transmission mechanism: The transmission mechanism includes motor reducer and gear pair. The motor adopts high-quality products from regular manufacturers. The reducer is a double-stage reduction with compact structure, high driving torque and good self-locking performance. The gear surface has been quenched and hardened, with large load-bearing capacity and durability.
5.Control system: The control system includes a handheld operator, a control box, and connecting cables, which can facilitate remote control. The control system adopts stepless frequency conversion speed regulation mechanism, which ensures stable driving and good low-speed torque. The inverter and electrical components are made of high-quality regular products. The manual control box has forward and reverse rotation and speed adjustment functions.
