Electric Control System consists of electric control box and remote control.
Electric box is mainly installed the electrical components to control the motor on and off.
Head and tail lifting of lifting welding positioner can be controlled at the same time. They also can be controlled one by one. To ensure the synchronism when lifting, there are height scales in two sides. If the heights are different, it can by adjusted individually.

The Welding Positioner consists of machine frame, lifting sliding table, worktable and electric control system, etc.
Characteristics of Structure
- The main body of machine frame is made of welded steel plate;
- Lifting sliding table is made of welded steel plate, which equips guide rollers inside. The lifting movement is rolling, portable and reliable.
- Lifting sliding table is equipped rotating reducer on the side. The reducer drives the rotatory bearing to make the worktable rotate.
- Lifting sliding table adopts screws and nuts to realize the lifting movement. The lifting reducer equips brake motor and self-locking worm gear reducer.
- Worktable is lifted up and down by lifting sliding table.
- Worktable can rotate 360°, which can stop or move at random positioner during this range. There is the electromagnetic brake device in the motor, which can self-lock when rotating. The worktable won't rotate or move by itself in the range of rated capacity.
- Rotation drive of the worktable: electromagnetic brake motor→double reduction device→secondary gear drive → rotating movement of worktable.
