1.Working principle and structural characteristics
1) Working principle: The automatic welding positioner can form a workstation with the control center to achieve linkage work, or can be controlled separately. Both individual control and linkage control can be automatically recognized. In the linkage working state, the flipping and rotation of the positioner can be directly controlled through the control center and displayed digitally; When controlled separately, parameter presets can be made through the manual control box of the welding positioner, and the display is very intuitive.
a) The work platform is flipped, driven by a three-phase asynchronous motor to drive the deceleration system, achieving up and down flipping of the work platform.
b) The rotation of the work platform is driven by a frequency converter, a three-phase asynchronous motor, and a deceleration system to achieve uniform forward and reverse rotation of the work platform.

The flipping and rotation of the workbench are driven by two motors respectively. The rotation of the workbench adopts variable frequency stepless speed regulation, which has stable performance, wide speed regulation range, smooth operation, and large driving torque. This machine has multiple protection functions, advanced conductive device structure, and is safe and reliable. The self-locking performance of the flipping mechanism is safe and reliable, equipped with limit devices and angle signs, making it easy to control the flipping angle.
2) Components
a. Composition of mechanical parts
The welding positioner consists of four parts: a flipping work platform, a rotating work platform, an electric motor, and a body. The rotating motor and flipping motor are installed under the rotating work platform.
b. Composition of electrical components
The electrical part mainly consists of a control cabinet and a handheld controller. The primary function of the control cabinet is to supply power to and control the system, while the handheld controller is mainly used to select the movement direction of the positioner and to adjust and display the welding speed. The positioner's rotary table uses variable frequency stepless speed regulation, and the system has overload protection.
