25Ton Heavy duty Industrial Welding positioner with 360 degree rotation
BWJ series single-seat positioners are mainly used for displacement welding or other operations such as rotation and flipping of large workpieces.
Especially for welding or assembly of stator and rotor of large electric machines.
In addition to the 360° rotation of the positioner table.
It can also be turned forward 90° to make the operation more flexible.
There are T-bolt grooves on the table and jaws for easy fixture installation.

The positioner is mainly composed of a rotary turntable, a rotary transmission mechanism, a turning frame, a turning transmission mechanism, a machine base and a control system.
The tilting drive of the rotary table is driven by the AC brake motor through the cycloid reducer, worm gear reducer, and double-stage gears to drive two tilting large semicircular gears to rotate, thereby driving the tilting frame and the table to move forward 90°tipping motion in the range
